RATES
Prices are shown in euros and refer to half-board accommodations per person, including the “Alpina Dolomites Special” services and all taxes. Daily rates are applicable for a minimum stay of 3 days. We reserve the right to adjust our prices to compensate for any increases in V.A.T. Discounts will not be applied for uneaten meals and no reimbursements will be made for unused services.
SURCHARGES
Surcharge for full-board accommodations: € 25.00 per person per day. Superior/Exclusive room or Suite used as a single: 80% surcharge.
DISCOUNTS
For the 3rd bed in a Superior/Exclusive room or Suite: 30% discount. Discounts will be applied to children sleeping in an additional bed in the same room or suite with two full-paying persons. The Special Advance Reservation Discount and the Special Offer for Return Guests are applied only to reservations booked in advance with the Alpina Dolomites Lodge.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, rooms and suites will be available around 3 p.m. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 p.m. On the day of departure, rooms and suites must be vacated by 12 noon. We will charge 80% of the entire reservation period for late arrivals or early departures. We suggest that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, postal money order or credit card. The deposit will be withheld as compensation for cancelled reservations unless the guest has taken out a travel cancellation insurance policy in advance: in this case, we will comply with the conditions described in the policy.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For reservations cancelled up to a month prior to the start of the vacation period, the deposit will be withheld as compensation. For cancellations from 30 to 14 days in advance, we will charge 50% of the entire reservation period. For cancellations of 13 days or less in advance, and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 80% of the total.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. Upon request, we will be pleased to provide additional information and the relative form.
PACKAGES
Packages are per person and must be booked with us in advance. The services included in the packages cannot be changed nor can they be refunded if they are not used by guests.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, traveller’s cheques, American Express, Visa and Euro/Mastercard.
SPA & BEAUTY FARM
For information about programs and packages as well as various individual treatments ask for our detailed brochure. We strongly suggest that you reserve specific treatments and schedules when booking your room. Guests will be billed for any treatment appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the reserved date and time.
